Club Brew Day

Announcing a brew event featuring the HAZE Club’s Big Brew System (BBS) on Saturday, January 14th. If you are interested in participating in the BBS or if you would prefer to bring your own brew system and brew alongside, all are welcome.

If you are interested in participating on the BBS session and taking home a 5 gallon share please let me know. Based on the size of the system and the style of beer we choose, we’ll end up with either 5 shares (in the case of a big beer), or up to 9 shares for a standard style beer. What we brew will be based on the consensus of the group. I’m open to any style but am leaning a bit towards the larger beer styles like barleywine or old ale. If we get a lot of participation then we’ll plan to go with a style that will accommodate all the shares requested.

We’ll have some potluck style eats and finger foods, and hopefully more of this agreeable weather we’ve been enjoying.
